Grade Foreperson
Brenning Paving & Construction is looking for an experienced and motivated Grade Foreperson to join our team.
Applicant must possess the following abilities:
- Lead & Supervise a team of labour & equipment to ensure project is completed on time and as per design.
- Enforce and promote a strong culture of safety within the grading team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.
- Communicate project expectations to the grading team and ensure that work aligns with project plans and specifications.
- Read and understand drawings
- Perform grade checks ahead of equipment using a laser to ensure that the work meets the required elevations, levels, slopes, and specifications outlined in project plans.
- Adapt to changing site conditions
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide the grading team
- Perform manual labour when required
- Valid G or G2 Class Drivers License

Gradeperson
